Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unwashed

• In their original packaging

• In resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Products damaged through misuse or improper care

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
